Several Life/Entertainment pages, including one of Liz Ball’s syndicated Hidden Picture Puzzles were recent budget cut casualties at the Dayton Daily News. Reader response was immediate—and furious. Within three weeks the paper notified readers, “You told us how much you missed this hidden picture puzzle twice a week. Now you can find it Tuesdays and Sundays in Life.”
